Welcome to Yogabell – Pregnancy yoga, Mum & baby yoga, Children’s yoga and Creative early years learning classes and workshop in Horsham. As an experienced primary school teacher I could see the need for yoga all around me. From the aches, pains, stress and burnout of my colleagues, to the lack of confidence, resilience and the stress of the children. Yogabell combines all my knowledge of yoga, personal, social and health education and the way children develop and learn. I provide classes in Horsham that encourage you and/or your child to be happy, healthy and bright so that you flow, glow and grow at all stages of life.
