Do I have to book in advance?

Classes prove to be popular so please book your space in advance (even if its a trial class).

 

Can I bring younger siblings to Toddler Yoga, Mini Bells, Little Tinkers and Parent Workshops?

Of course, as long as you are happy to supervise them. Please let me know in advance.

 

What do I need to bring?

It is helpful if you bring some water and a towel.

 

Do I need to bring a mat?

I have some mats that you are very welcome to use, however, if you practice regularly and at home, you might want to think about investing in your own mat.

 

What should I wear?

Stretchy or loose fitting comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement, no socks or shoes on the mats. It is a good idea to wear layers that you can take off when you get hot and something warm you can put on for final relaxation.

 

Can I eat before class?

Try not to have a big meal 2-3 hours before yoga, however if your blood sugar levels are low, do have a little snack like a piece of fruit or nuts.

 

Can I feed and change my baby during class?

Yes that’s absolutely fine, these are very informal classes. Baby’s needs always come first.
